Hair transplantation is the only permanent solution for hair loss. Hair transplantation is a very safe and relatively minor surgical procedure. Significant complications are very rare.

Modern techniques of surgical hair transplantation can re-shape your hairline and restore lost hair with your own natural, growing hair, which can be styled, washed and trimmed as you always had done. Transplantation is so good today that often even your hair stylist cannot even tell that the procedure had been done.

In our clinic, we carry out follicular unit grafting. Hair from the permanent hair-bearing skin from the back and/or sides of the scalp (donor area) is removed and then dissected down to 1-4 hairs (follicular units) under magnification. The smallness of the grafts create a natural looking hairline unlike hair transplants in the past, which can look unnatural and “pluggy”.

Depending on the level of baldness, 2-3 procedures one year apart (at minimum) is needed to create sufficient density.
